1.Layer the Blender for Optimal Circulation:1 min.

Add ingredients to your high-speed blender jar in order of density: pour liquids first (60ml almond milk or heavy cream), followed by 120g Greek yogurt, dry ingredients (2 tbsp cocoa, protein powder, sweetener, salt), and top with frozen elements (frozen banana slices or ice cubes).

2.High-Speed Blend and Scrape:1 min.

Blend on HIGH for 30 to 60 seconds. Stop once halfway through to scrape down the sides of the blender container using a silicone spatula.

3.Viscosity Adjustment Check:30 sec.

Check the texture: it should hold a firm shape on a spoon. If it is too thick to blend, add 1 tbsp of liquid milk. If too thin, add 2–3 ice cubes or frozen banana chunks and pulse briefly.

4.Portion and Present:Serve.

Pour or spoon the chocolate frosty into chilled glasses. Serve immediately with a spoon or wide straw.
